Fredericksburg, VA (04-21-2016) – Joe Pfahler with Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite recently executed a lease transaction for the former Crave Frozen Yogurt space in Central Park.  Paisano’s Pizza signed a lease for the 3,000 SF space  located at 1500 Central Park Blvd, Fredericksburg, VA 22401. Paisano’s will make some interior renovations as well as add new equipment to the space with a possibility of opening as early as fall of this year.

With over 47 restaurants Central Park offers nearly every possible option from Hibachi to Burgers, fast food to casual dining, but lacked a true gourmet take-out/delivery Pizza restaurant.  Voted #1 Pizza in VA, MD & DC (by WTOP listeners), Paisano’s claims to offer “true gourmet pizza, using the finest, most expensive ingredients available.”

Paisano’s currently operates over 30 restaurants throughout Virginia, Maryland and D.C. with plans to open 2 locations in Dubai within the next 12 months.
